At Higher Holcombe, we believe that you should have the wedding that YOU want in the way that you want it! So we don't have rules or regs or busy 'turn around' times. We want you to reflect your personalities, interests and passions in everything you do - and we are here to help you achieve that! So, if your wedding party vibe festival / relaxed / elegant / country / friendly / outdoors / woodland, then this could be the venue for you! Our team behind the scenes know you have your own unique plans and we will help you to put all the pieces together! Higher Holcombe offers 1 or 2 night (or longer) wedding party choices and offers a blank canvas so you can have the bespoke wedding of your dreams!

Set in the centre of 30 acres of woodland, meadows, orchards, courtyards and gardens is the spacious 'Old Dairy', our gorgeous party barn. With uninterrupted countryside views and underfloor heating for year-round comfort, you and your guests will be able to relax and enjoy all aspects of your wedding celebrations in a wonderfully secluded venue that is also really easy to reach!

There's no end to the possibilities of what you can do with this unique space. Enjoy getting ready in the funky farmhouse. Choose from the breath-taking countryside features for different parts of your day. We offer a thoughtfully positioned hill-top willow 'cathedral' and a woodland glade silver birch 'church'. Either would be perfect for your own dedication, promise or hand-tying ceremony and you'll also have amazing photo opportunities. You can sip wine in the woodland, picnic in the orchard, have an elegant sit-down meal in The Old Dairy and/or a relaxed vibe 'street food' party by the bonfire. Choose your own caterers to prepare and serve your favourite dishes, or, if you wish, include your friends and family and use the commercial kitchen facilities for a home-style party and get everyone involved! To keep things simple, you can ask us to prepare our signature sharing and grazing platters. Either way, bring your own drinks or hire in a bar. There's no corkage and no curfew.

The party barn 'The Old Dairy' seats upto 100 for a sit-down meal with room for extra friends during the evening. Accommodation for 10 in the farmhouse (perfect for the main wedding party) is included and there are gorgeous optional glamping facilities for a further 22 in the five furnished and spacious Lotus Belle tents set up in the meadow and woodland fringes. You'll be able to relax and enjoy being with your favourite people who have come to help you celebrate.
