Situated in East Central London, The Counting House is a beautiful 19th century pub wedding venue. With a warm, welcoming environment and plenty of character and elegance this is the perfect place to hold a wedding celebration in a truly unique venue.

Our venue has a selection of four beautiful rooms to hire as well as use of the whole venue for your special day. The Griffin Room has the largest capacity of up to 80 guests. The Club Room is perfect for an intimate celebration with a capacity of up to 8 guests. The Dining Room has a capacity of up to 30 guests and finally, the Partners Room also has a capacity of up to 30 guests.

The whole pub can seat 120 guests across two floors. Therefore, you have tremendous flexibility when it comes to hosting your celebration with us.

We have a fantastic selection of food and drink available with traditional pub classics such as award-winning handmade pies on offer. We are also happy to discuss any dietary requirements ahead of the event and create something suitable for you, should you require it.

New for 2019, we now have 15 beautiful bedrooms on-site that are perfect for you and your nearest and dearest to stay in on the night of your celebration. Finished to a high standard, rooms offer Egyptian cotton sheets, Nespresso machines and stylish decor. Breakfast is included, offering you the chance to catch-up with guests in the morning before saying your goodbyes.
