Located in the heart of the Cambridgeshire countryside, The Thatch Barn is a recent addition to the wedding venue market. Following a full restoration and refurbishment that finished in November 2013, the venue is a truly stunning setting for your wedding day.

"A Barn on a Farm" is what we are, we don't pretend to be anything else! The grade II, thatched barn is set on a working farm and boasts the gorgeous original features including the charming original oak beams and spectacular vaulted roof which look absolutely spectacular when bathed in natural light. We have even upcycled the unwanted roof timber to create a fantastic bar. To top it all off, the thatched roof not only looks stunning and rustic but keeps the barn cool in the summer.

The barn can accommodate up to 100 guests at one time with the allowance of 20 additional guests at night. We only hold one wedding per weekend so not only do you and your guests have the opportunity to celebrate in privacy, but there is plenty of time to set up before and clear away after the wedding.

The Heritage award-winning, traditional barn displays the highest quality of craftsmanship within the gorgeous countryside setting. The views across the wild flowers and crops provide the ideal backdrop for your photographs. Additionally, the adjoining decked area looks out over the breath-taking scenery and is the perfect place to witness the most beautiful sunsets.

The flexibility of the venue means we can create a bespoke day for you. We are happy to recommend some of our trusted suppliers including florists, entertainers and photographers. There is a choice of two well established caterers to choose from, they can provide a range of superb dishes from hog roasts to formal three course dinners and everything inbetween!

We will be on hand to help as much, or as little, as you require. This is the venue that you can put your own stamp on for a truly special celebration.
