Shottle Hall is a beautiful Victorian Country House that provides the perfect venue for the perfect day. Set in fourteen acres of magnificent parkland and landscaped gardens here in the heart of Derbyshire. No two weddings with us are the same and we even offer exclusive use of the house and gardens.

As we are a family-run business and we go above and beyond to ensure that your day exceeds expectations. Above all else, we want you to feel as though Shottle Hall is your home throughout your stay and will aim to make you feel as comfortable as possible.

Shottle Hall is licensed for civil ceremonies which means you can host your whole day with us if you wish. Hosting your entire day in one location takes away the stress of organising transport and allows you to make the most of every minute.

You can enjoy a wedding breakfast and evening reception in the enchanting Orangery Restaurant, which has a starlit ceiling, full length windows and a baby Grand Piano \u2013 a truly amazing setting in which to celebrate your wedding.

For outdoor weddings and larger guest lists we also offer the fabulous Coach House Marquee for your reception and the romantic Garden Pavilion where you can say your 'I do's.

Following on from the day's festivities, our eight individually designed bedrooms will also be yours for the night. The following morning you can enjoy a full English breakfast in the elegant dining room while catching up on the previous day's activities and saying your goodbyes.
