Located in the heart of the Kent countryside lies Mount Ephraim, a beautiful family owned stately home with 10 acres of Edwardian gardens overlooking the family fruit farm. Offering a beautiful and unique venue for your wedding day, the spectacular views of the gardens and estate create the perfect backdrop for your big day.



If you'd like to do it all at Mount Ephraim, it is licensed to host ceremonies of up to 110 people in the main hall or garden or up to 150 in the reception rooms. The main hall features an elegant cantilevered staircase leading down onto the floor where your guests will be seated - a guaranteed spectacular entrance under a large glass skylight with plenty of natural light. Alternatively, the gardens offer an enchanting experience for an outdoor ceremony. There is an impressive staircase leading to the ceremony lawn which sits alongside the rock gardens with a series of rock pools leading to a beautifully crafted Japanese stone bridge and lake.



The reception rooms in the main house create an elegant space for your wedding breakfast, adorned with marble fireplaces and chandeliers, and can comfortably accommodate up to 110 people for a sit down meal. With capacity for up to 175 evening guests inside the house, the Old Sitting Room offers an intimate space for your evening bar and dancing takes place in the main hall with its fabulous acoustics. Or if you'd prefer a marquee on the front lawn, it's a truly fantastic spot offering breathtaking views of the estate, and plenty of space for over 250 guests.



Mount Ephraim also boasts a spectacular wedding suite plus four B&B guest rooms, each individually and beautifully decorated. In addition, the Garden Wing is a fully furnished self-catering wing of the house sleeping up to 12 people and with the best views in the house. Sleeping 22 in total, the guest rooms and Garden Wing are exclusively reserved for wedding days so your closest friends and family can share every moment of your wedding.

There's never a wedding the day before or day after your wedding, so at Mount Ephraim you can relax, take your time and enjoy your moment.
