We have been hosting weddings, parties and theatrical events in our wonderful 19th century barns for over 20 years but have rarely advertised. Most of our couples come to us through word of mouth or by stumbling on our website www.combemanor.com.

We have recently redecorated and lightened the palette of the interiors which shows up the antique beams, and the tapestries can be left hanging for a decoration or removed to create a blanker canvas.

We help you organise civil ceremonies in the barns or religious ceremony in the 12th century chapel next door. The 17th century manor house and gardens can be used for photography and there is a beautiful bridal suite available for the bride and her entourage to prepare in before the big event.

Our family-run team do all we can to ensure you have a special day and entirely personal to you... you are free to access the space for several days beforehand and can come to collect your things up to a couple of days afterwards... no "conveyer belt" style functions here!

Our boutique venue is truly exclusive and best of all is the location: uninterrupted views of the stunning, rolling valley of Combe with no sound or sight of roads nearby... and only 25mins from Newbury or 90 mins from London! We can advise you with caterers/bar staff/florists etc so that you can tailor make your own event according to your own budget.
