Against this background stands the majestic 17th century former stately home, the perfect spot for your wedding celebrations.

From your initial enquiry through to the big day itself, our fantastic, dedicated wedding co-ordinators will be on hand to help throughout. They will offer advice and guidance on everything from cakes to cars.

The hotel boasts four individually-designed, fully-licensed function rooms for your civil ceremony. Each function suite offers you flexibility in your guest list, accommodating between 4 and 150 for both small, intimate events and larger celebrations.

Armathwaite Hall was the first venue in Cumbria to carry out civil ceremonies and has since been the proud host of hundreds of unions.

For your overnight guests, we have 44 stunning bedrooms, Studio Suites, and Spa rooms. Some rooms have beautiful lake views or individual gardens.
