One of Yorkshire's most beautiful and exclusive countryside venues. Whether you are planning your dream wedding or a celebration to remember, Thief Hall is the perfect location. Our venue offers accommodation for up to 26 guests is available in our six luxury self-catering cottages.

Thief Hall is your perfect blank canvas venue for you to put your own unique stamp on, choosing your caterers, bar, entertainment and additional decor. This may seem daunting so our pricing is simple- we do not base our prices on guests and we certainly do not charge corkage fees! We have set prices for the whole venue (Wedding barn and 6 cottages), including all of its extras (power, heating, toilets, parking, outside land, tables and chairs).

We also understand that wedding planning can seem quite overwhelming, for those who have something specific in mind, we can tailor our venue to your requirements.

The venue can hold up to 100 guests for an indoor ceremony, seat up to 120 guests for an indoor wedding breakfast and party up to 180 guests. These numbers can be exceeded if a marquee is hired.
