Located in the heart of the historic town of Market Harborough, the Three Swans Hotel is a beautiful 16th century Coaching Inn wedding venue. Complemented by friendly service from our knowledgeable team, we have a delightful choice of settings with a number of suites that are surrounded by our newly renovated courtyard and flowers, making us Winners of East Midlands in Bloom. We only host one wedding per day, guaranteeting that you are our number one priority.

The purpose built Conference Suite in our inn can cater for up to 160 reception guests and is host to its own lounge and bar and beautiful twinkling back drop. The Cromwell suite is modern and features high ceilings and a luxurious marble entrance. If you prefer a more traditional setting the recently refurbished Grand Room, located in the main section of the building, could be your perfect setting

We are fully licensed and would also be delighted to host your ceremony. This can take place within the Cygnet Room which can accommodate 50 guests or our Fairfax Suite which can accommodate 6 guests. If you're looking for a larger event space then the Cromwell Suite is perfect, accommodating up to 160 guests. The Grand Room Suite is also available for your ceremony and can accommodate 86 guests.

Your guests will be free to relax throughout your special day in our beautiful courtyard, which makes the perfect backdrop for summer reception drinks as well as those all-important wedding photographs.

The Three Swans Hotel boasts 59 refurbished Classic, superior and deluxe bedrooms including the four poster bridal suite, offering plenty of space for your guests to stay and enjoy the fabulous venue for that little bit longer! Plus, with breakfast on offer the following morning, there will be plenty of opportunity to catch up on the day before and say your goodbyes.
