Dating back to the 15th Century, former farm and coaching inn The Plough is the perfect place to host your country wedding. The gorgeous Oak Barn dates back to as long ago as the 13th Century, and was transported from its home in the quiet Welsh hills to the village of Eaton in the late 20th Century, where it was carefully restored to create the stunning wedding venue you see today.

With an idyllic atmosphere, impeccable catering and the perfect mix of accommodation, the Plough at Eaton offers you the perfect setting for your wedding with a difference. We can cater for both small and large events, and will do whatever it takes to make your event as unique or traditional as you wish. When you choose a wedding at The Plough, you can rest assured that your day will be as unique as you are.

The medieval Oak Barn is a licensed venue to hold Civil Ceremonies for up to 70 guests. We can also accommodate up to 105 guests for your wedding breakfast in the Barn and evening celebration.

When it comes to the food, The Plough offers a range of delicious options, covering everything from tantalizing canapes to delicious meals and old favourites for evening food. With a number of different packages and options, it's easy to create the perfect menu for your day.

At the end of the night you and your guests can kick off your dancing shoes and retire to one of The Plough's 17 en-suite bedrooms, including double, twin and family rooms. Each room has been stylishly designed by London's Michael Priest of Belgravia and is set away from the main building, offering peace and a restful night's sleep after the day's festivities.
