Originally built in the 19th Century, nestled amongst 20 acres of private and quiet gardens and woodlands lies The Mirfield Monastery. Located in the heart of the Pennines, and with easy access to the M62 near Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield and Halifax, our venue provides a desirable location for your special day with excellent access and amazing countryside views.

Offering a unique and intimate setting for your wedding and reception the Mirfield Monastery forms part of the church that is still used by the monks that live here. Our newly refurbished Romanesque Chapel provides seating for up to 110 guests to watch you say your vows.

The Great Hall features high arched ceilings which are bound to make a lasting impression on your guests. With over 20 acres of walled and private gardens, and other areas perfect for your wedding photos, we are sure this is a venue with uniqueness that cannot be matched.

We are able to assist with every aspect of your day, from menus to event planning. We can tailor individual menus to suit your taste, and we have the space and rooms to meet your big day dreams.
