Converted from a collection of 17th Century cottages The Cottage Hotel is built around a beautiful central courtyard with fountain, where fragrant roses and honeysuckle scramble over the walls. Overlooking the courtyard, our large airy restaurant is newly refurbished with stunning frosted glass chandeliers. It offers a stunning, elegant space for your celebration and its flexible arrangement means it can comfortably host both large and small weddings. We only ever host one wedding at a time so you can be sure that from the moment you enter the building to be greeted by your family and friends, to the point when you retire ( exhausted!) to our luxurious bridal suite, you are always the most important people in the building.

As a wedding venue with over a decade of experience in delivering bespoke wedding celebrations we know that your dream wedding isn't an off the shelf affair. Our dedicated wedding planner will work with you to create an occasion which is truly unique to you and is always on hand to offer advice and answer questions.

When the weather is fine your party can spill out into our sunny courtyard and enjoy the picture perfect garden. As well as offering a multitude of amazing photo opportunities, the grounds also harbour many secluded areas where you and your partner can steal some precious moments together and relax with a glass of wine.

Once the big day is over, we have 22 luxurious en-suite boutique bedrooms for you and your guests to rest your head. And with the option to reserve the entire hotel and its bedrooms, your family and friends can enjoy exclusive use , allowing the sense of occasion to continue well into the next day. Every room is individually designed and is fully furnished with all the amenities you could need.
