All of our catering is done in house, led by our experienced and skilled head chef Gareth. We offer a variety of menus across our 3 amazing wedding packages and they have been designed to cater and suit a range of dietary requirements. We are very flexible when it comes to food choices for guests who may have allergies or be vegan, vegetarian, require gluten free or diabetic friendly meals. Our delicious menus also vary in price structure amongst our unique packages. As such, you can be sure you'll get exactly what you want, without a price that you don't!

Our Summerfield Suite can hold up to 95 guests for the Ceremony and Wedding Breakfast and a total of 150 guests for the Evening reception. The Suite comes with its own private bar and lounge area plus a large amount of enclosed garden space with featured lighting. We are lucky to be able to offer exclusive use of The Summerfield Suite and we can guarantee that your wedding will be the only one taking place on your special day.

Our dedicated staff truly love making sure that our couples have the most perfect day and create special memories of their day. They have a professional, organised approach with fantastic attention to detail. No request is too big, we will endeavour to make all of your wishes come true! We really appreciate that all of our couples are unique. Sarah, the dedicated wedding co-ordinator really enjoys working with our couples to plan every single special detail and is always at the end of the phone or email to assist in any way she can.

Your guests will benefit from a discounted bedroom rate which includes complimentary use of The Stables Leisure facilities. This discounted rate can be used the night before the wedding, the night of the wedding and also the night after the wedding. A lot of people take advantage of this and make a full weekend of celebrations with their nearest and dearest. The Stables Country Club consists of 2 swimming pools, steam room, sauna, Jacuzzi and full working gym. It has been recently refurbished to an oustanding standard and really makes a great addition to your stay and your guests total experience. There are a total of 61 en-suite bedrooms on offer all with complimentary WIFI and parking.
