The small 16th Century Burford venue exudes English class and sophistication and is ideally suited to hold exclusive events. Following the arrival of your final guests, we close our doors and allow you to relax and enjoy your day in the company of your closest friends and family. If you would like to have an exclusive wedding Sunday to Friday, we can offer you special rates.

The hotel offers three fully licensed rooms to choose from to suit your wedding requirements. The Hawthorne Room can house small, intimate weddings of up to 12 people while the Conservatory seats up to 60. The largest function room in the hotel, the Bay Tree Restaurant, is perfect for the evening reception and can accommodate up to 85 guests for the ceremony with up to 90 to dine. Alternatively, our beautiful Summer House is also licensed for outdoor ceremonies; an ideal location, looking out over the stunning, manicured gardens.

Your guests need not worry about taxis home at the end of the night as the hotel boasts 21 individually decorated bedrooms and suites.

Throughout the whole planning process our dedicated, experienced wedding co-ordinator will be on hand to ensure everything goes according to plan on your big day. All of our staff are here to ensure everything is perfect, from the delicious food to the serene surroundings.
