From the moment you make your way through the tree lined driveway and come up to our wonderful Oak front door, you will start to experience the uniqueness and tranquillity of our venue. Be welcomed by rooms that are lined with silk and panelled in oak, candle lit, and are also host to roaring fires.

The Roman Camp Country House is also licensed for Civil Weddings, so you have the opportunity to host your entire day in one space. Say your vows in our luxury public rooms, or you can either hold a wonderful outdoor ceremony in our mature gardens.

The professional and dedicated staff will be on hand to assist and take care of your every requirement, and we will cater to you and your guests with confidence and a level of service that most other venues surpass.

Our ceremony rooms include the Oak panelled Library which has a tiny secret Chapel, The Wilson Room, and the Drummond suite which can hold 150 guests for your ceremony. We also have a sheltered, tree lined clearing by the river with a stone alter which is a stunning location for a summer ceremony!
