Putteridge Bury is situated in picturesque parkland on the Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire border and is the perfect venue for your Wedding Reception. We can cater for up to 120 guests for your wedding breakfast and up to 160 guests for your evening celebrations. For the larger wedding the beautiful gardens are ideal for a marquee.
Putteridge Bury is a neo-Elizabethan manor house built in 1911 in the style of Chequers. The grounds were redesigned by Edwin Lutyens and planted by Gertrude Jekyll. The reflecting pool and massive yew hedges provide a wonderful setting for your photographs.
We reserve a private room for you to receive your guests and offer them a welcoming drink. Our dining room has its own dance floor along with mood lighting and is ideal for your evening party with live music of a disco.
