Located in Mobberley, the heart of rural Cheshire, Owen House Wedding Barn welcomes you to our family run venue, lovingly converted in 2013 the venue and the farm offer couples a totally exclusive, relaxed and unique countryside wedding.

The Wedding Barn is able to offer civil ceremonies in a separate room that is able accommodate 150 people whilst the wedding barn can seat up to 190 for the wedding breakfast and more for the evening reception. You are free to use all of the grounds for photographs, we have two paddocks with orchards, an outside patio area with speakers perfect for arrival drinks and a band, gardens with a flower covered pagoda and a covered barn for more photo's. We also allow well behaved pets pre wedding breakfast.

There is also a bridal preparation room which will allow you get ready on site prior to your ceremony. Perfect for hair and make-up preparation, our beauty shed is designed just like a salon complete with hairdryers, mirrors, seating, fridge and even a shower!

We have recently added 'The BaaBER Shed' A bespoke room for the groom and groomsmen with vintage Belmont barber chairs, table football, SMEG beer fridge and showers! A perfect preparation room for the groom and his groomsmen! A first for Cheshire

We have two award winning caterers for you to choose from and both will be happy to work with you to ensure you find the perfect, bespoke menu for your big day. We have a fully stocked and staffed bar with a large selection of craft spirits, local micro brewery cask ale, american craft lagers and ales. We also offer the table wine at discounted prices and the venue bar prices are pub prices.

The Shooting Gallery is a 2,500 sq ft of covered photographic space to ensure you have the best pictures possible, complete with a range of backdrops, studio lights, mirror ball, 40ft wall of fairy lights and a 4k projector! The perfect wet weather plan B.

You will also be offered a wine tasting evening prior to your big day to help you choose your table wine and toasting drinks.

There is also on site accommodation with enough capacity to sleep 36 people in double rooms, twin rooms, family rooms, and a bridal suite. The Tens consist of 8 double rooms and 2 family rooms, these all have high quality fittings and each room has been individually styled with Graham and Green or Rockett St. George furnishings. Each room has a Villeroy and Boch bathroom, a Wrought Iron and Brass bed, flat screen tv, cloud 9 hairdryers, wi-fi, a Nespresso coffee machine and tea making facilities.

The Bridal Cabin has high quality fixtures and furnishings are a feature of the cabin. From a luxurious Duravit bathroom & Aveda products, to decor from Graham & Green, Cox & Cox and Nicky Cornell all make your stay with us very special, our luxury cabin is the perfect stay for our bridal couples located in a quiet corner of the Farm overlooking the Cheshire Countryside.
