Lains Barn is an idyllic wedding venue in the heart of rural Oxfordshire. A magnificent listed barn set within Its own spacious grounds and the rolling countryside just behind it.

You will have exclusive use of the whole barn for your special day whether it's for both a civil ceremony & reception or reception only. This includes the stunning main barn, the covered outdoor byre - complete with festoon lighting, a large indoor byre with its own custom- built bar and a large lawned courtyard. This unique space has great versatility and works fabulously for weddings throughout all the seasons. In Autumn / Winter the barn is cosy and well heated and in Spring / Summer the large glass barn doors can be opened directly onto the lawned courtyard. The courtyard is perfect for lawn games, canapes, barbecues, photographs and music.

The Lains Barn team know that the food, drink, and service are every bit as important as the venue itself. Taking a tailored approach to the food and drink, mix-and-match menus are available. The team work with local suppliers to provide the highest quality food and drink.

Lains Barn has retained its beautiful original features including rustic beams, a unique wood tiled floor, an old manger- ideal for floral displays and a quirky grain-store which is a popular photographic backdrop.

The location whilst picturesque and rural is within easy reach of the M4 & M40 motorways, or it is a 10 minute taxi ride from Didcot parkway train station, with trains to London taking just 45 minutes. What's more, there is plenty of car parking and nearby accommodation.
