Kippilaw House is a fantastic dream mansion located in a private setting, and secluded by its own magical woodland. The house today still features its original 15thcentury tower with a large Georgian frontage in the palladium style.

Our venue is the perfect place for one of the most special days of your lives. Whether you're looking to have an intimate wedding for your nearest and dearest family and friends, or a grand affair, Kippilaw will be ideal for you. We 3 have well-appointed reception rooms that are beautifully decorated, making quite a few choices for your occasion which are all yours for your special day.

Kippilaw can host up to 250 guests within the house and seat 120 guests in 1 room for a meal and can host 200 guests for evening reception.

Kippilaw is available exclusively and can offer the luxury of partying late into the night.

The formal panelled dining room at Kippilaw with original features a stunning open fire and grand piano. This large room is filled with natural light, overlooks the lawn, and can be re-arranged to include seating for 80-100 guests for your ceremony.

If you're looking for a larger event, then The Ballroom is ideal. Seating up to 120 people, the Ballroom features stunning double doors that lead outside to the Victorian covered veranda and south facing garden. The semi-circular Victorian bar really sets this room apart from the others, and makes it a fantastic place for a party with lots of room for dancing.

KIppilaw has 15 bedrooms sleeping up to 40 guests within the house all uniquely decorated .
