With a history of epic celebrations, East Afton Farmhouse is the ideal wedding venue for a big, country celebration on the Isle of Wight.

Exclusive hire of East Afton Farmhouse offers everything you need for your wedding, with the comfort and convenience of a private venue, that feels like a home away from home, where a celebration of the joining of two families can last more than just a day. The Event Barns overlook a private courtyard, and are surrounded by East Afton's Farmhouse, Country Annex, landscaped gardens, and the arable fields of the neighbourhood farm.

The venue can accommodate between 80 and 100 guests, with extra capacity for 150 available upon request. Hire includes tables and chairs plus covers, all you need to bring in are your own personal touches and chosen decor.

The more modern barn also includes its own bar, restrooms, catering preparation space as well as heating and lighting. A marquee can also be erected to cater for those extra guests and give space for a dancefloor and additional entertainment space.

East Afton main house sleeps up to 13 people throughout 5 spacious bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. It boasts a large family kitchen/ breakfast area perfect for social dining along with an aga as well as oven & hob, Belfast sink and pantry. The kitchen opens up to a sunny bbq patio with outdoor seating as well as a seasonal vegetable patch to pick your own! There is also a formal dining room easily seating 12 and lounge area to spread yourselves around.

The house has plenty of perks, including; a cinema room seating up to 15 with projector and surround sound, large roof terrace hot tub, wrap around gardens, plenty of parking, open fires and a games area.
