An award winning wedding venue, the house has been lovingly restored back to its 19thcentury pomp, giving your big day an extra sheen of romance to the occasion!

Licensed for civil ceremonies, you have the option to host your entire day with Bessingham Manor. The extravagantly-appointed, south-facing Drawing Room is the ideal setting to begin your day. Light-flooded, and with a set of French doors allowing you to spill onto the lawns, it is a wonderfully glamourous space to say 'I do' to the person you love!

Alternatively, if you would prefer a religious ceremony, there is a fantastic selection of nearby churches.

For your wedding breakfast and evening ceremony, Bessingham Manor's immaculate grounds are ideal for an extravagant marquee or tipi celebration! With space for up to 200 guests, the limit is your imagination! You can host a beautifully traditional three-course banquet, or choose a wonderfully quirky line-up of street food vans to feed your guests. And, with the ability to have either a band or DJ, you can dance the night away.
