The Wild Boar
Lying in the heart of the Gilpin Valley and boasting a fine reputation for outstanding cuisine and friendly service lies The Wild Boar. With stunning oak beams and log fires, the olde world ambience is complimented by 34 well-appointed en-suite bedrooms and a number of charismatic four poster rooms and suites.
This unique venue can seat up to 100 guests for a daytime reception and 150 for the evening, as well as offering a quiet and cosy atmosphere for more intimate celebrations. The restaurant menu can cater for all tastes and budgets, with plenty of dishes to choose from.
Your wedding breakfast can be chosen from three starters, three main courses and 3 desserts from our Grill & Smokehouse menu. We can also cater for almost any specific dietary requirements. For the evening meal we can create anything from a finger buffet to fish and chips \u2013 we are more than happy to discuss your dining ideas!
