The Villa Levens is a luxurious wedding venue and 4 star hotel set in 14 acres of glorious parkland and is ideally situated in the South Lakes, between Kendal and the village of Levens, just minutes from Junction 36 off the M6.

As you approach the heart shaped lawn along a beautiful 300 metre tree-lined avenue, the Victorian house and landscaped grounds are revealed.

The Brettargh Suite, our 19th century Chapel with the original working bell and stained glass windows, can accommodate for up to 120 guests for your ceremony.

The Pavilion, the largest of our rooms and a marquee style function suite, can hold up to 250 people.

The Pavilion is a completely self-contained building in the grounds of the hotel and benefits from underfloor heating and a huge glass 'wall' wwith doors opening onto a wooden decing area over looking green trees and fileds. The Pavilion also has a sound ceiling which produces disco sound on the dance floor but enables conversation around the room and at the bar.

Most wedding ceremonies will take place in the Brettargh Suite followed by welcome drinks and canapes in the main house, terrace and lawn whilst your photographer is busy catching every moment of your special day.

The wedding party will then move down to The Pavilion for the remainder of your celebrations.

Our fabulous cantilever staircase with huge, brilliant chandelier is situated in the main house and is an absolute must for stunning wedding pictures

If you are looking for a more intimate ceremony then our Orangery or Lounge are the perfect places for you. Your receptionwedding breakfast and evening recption can also take place in the Orangery and/or Brettargh Suite
