Tucked within 13 acres of award-winning parkland in South East London, Tudor Barn Eltham is a striking 16th-century barn venue offering couples exclusive use of its entire estate for their wedding day. From rose gardens and tranquil fountains to medieval bridges and a moat terrace, the grounds provide a picture-perfect backdrop for photos whatever the season.

Couples enjoy full exclusive access from 10am — plenty of time for suppliers to work their magic — right through until midnight, with free use of the Tudor Gallery, Gastropub, Front Lawn and Moat Terrace (April–September). With capacity for 180 guests seated, 160 for a stand-up buffet, and 200 for the evening celebrations, the venue suits everything from an intimate ceremony to a larger celebration with your favourite people.

Say "I do" in one of three stunning ceremony locations on-site, before moving into the reception where the venue's flexible, minimum-spend catering model really shines. Rather than being locked into set packages, couples can build their own menu — from traditional three-course wedding breakfasts to relaxed BBQ buffets, hog roasts and finger food — alongside a bespoke drinks package tailored to the day.

As evening falls, the party continues with an in-house DJ ready to keep guests dancing, plus the option to bring in additional entertainment such as photo booths and illuminated love letters through the venue's partner entertainment team.
