New Library

Despite its name the New Library is anything but; it is a truly awe inspiring Georgian treasure. Antique book cases and alcoves provide the room with atmosphere and elegance.

The tradition and atmosphere of the room make it an obvious choice for your ceremony. Lined with historical books, overlooking balconies and grand marble fireplaces at either end, the shape naturally lends itself to an aisle to really make an entrance.

Cullen Suite

The bright and elegant Cullen Suite has stunning views over Queen Street Gardens and across to the Firth of Forth. Beautifully decorated ceilings and original features make it a superb place to toast your special day.

It's a stunning Regency room flooded with natural daylight.The delicately restored ceiling shows off the original fine artwork of the period.

It is ideal for smaller ceremonies of up to 40 guests or a place to toast your event before the wedding breakfast in the Great Hall.

Great Hall

Grand pillars, rich crimson walls and impressive statues make the Great Hall a magnificent room with a lavish feel. It's perfect for a wedding breakfast or to dance and celebrate the night away.

The Victorian Great Hall can accommodate ceremonies and dinner for 150 guests. You are welcome to invite 30 additional guests to join in the evening celebrations. With its special sprung floor and excellent acoustics there is plenty of space for ceilidhs, and live music to dance the night away.
