The Mandolay is a first class modern hotel with extensive facilities surrounded by an elegant interior-style. With 8 function suites we offer the flexibility to host weddings of all sizes from 10 guests to 500. Its elegant, Edwardian fa\xe7ade makes the Mandolay one of the most iconic buildings in Guildford, located only a short walk into the town centre.

Our private garden offers an ideal setting for your wedding photographs and our stunning staircase is a favoured choice for interior group shots.

The Mandolay Hotel is licensed for weddings and civil partnerships of varying sizes. Smaller gatherings of up to 40 guests, the elegant Oak Room provides an intimate atmosphere. For larger weddings up to 210 guests, our Surrey Suite is perfect. Also, our Mandolay Suite can accommodate ceremonies up to 500 guests. Finally, for a stunning backdrop of lush green lawns and a gorgeous white bell-shaped gazebo, we are licensed for Outdoor Ceremonies up to 150 guests.

In early 2017 we were awarded a 2nd AA Rosette for Culinary Excellence for the dining experience in our Restaurant. We encourage you to sample the spectacular cuisine, so why not arrange a special lunch or dinner with us before the big day!

Whatever level of creative input you need, our dedicated team of wedding coordinators are always on hand to help bring to life the personal intricacy of your story, dealing with every aspect of your wedding from initial enquiry to the last dance. The happy couple can enjoy a stay in our bridal suite, and for your overnight guests we now offer 80 luxurious bedrooms at a special discounted rate.
