The Holford Estate (T.H.E.), positioned within 130 acres of gorgeous Cheshire countryside. This privately owned wedding venue, situated near Knutsford, can be accessed by a private road that leads up to a stunning tree lined avenue, giving you absolute, exclusive privacy.

T.H.E. Barn has been architecturally restored allowing us to combine modern style with original features to create a truly magical setting for your Big Day. Sat in our secluded location and surrounded by the most beautiful fields and lovingly cared for gardens, our Barn brings true inspiration to our couples.

T.H.E. Barn space is diverse and flexible, including a Loft level floor accessed by a stunning double sided staircase onto a balcony gallery, bridal room with luxury en-suite bathroom, washrooms for both males and females and a disabled bathroom. We have a west facing Terrace, with more ladies and gents, for you to extend your dining numbers and your evening guest list. T.H.E. Barn can be tailored to your personal style and decor.

The gardens and moat that surround the old Hall have been lovingly nurtured to create a variety of formal garden rooms including a beautiful knot garden, showing an array of evergreen trees and shrubs. Perfect for your outside ceremony and/or drinks reception and stunning photographic opportunities, all with the backdrop of historic Holford Hall.

THE Mill - our 'House with a view' 5 bedroom fully furnished accommodation, situated in its own private gardens and surround situated conveniently at the top of the tree-lined avenue is available for 3 days/2nights to our wedding couples.
