The Essex Barn at the White Hart
Situated on the border between Essex and Suffolk, on the grounds of The White Heart, is The Essex Barn, a truly enchanting wedding venue. Surrounded by spectacular English countryside, this venue offers a romantic backdrop for your special day.
With a seamless blend of old and new, this traditional style barn benefits from loving and stylish renovation, creating a unique and inviting space. The open mezzanine floor offers a romantic setting for your ceremony, with neutral decor allowing you to add your own personal touches.
The main barn has a warm and welcoming feel, ideal for enjoying a delicious meal and dancing with your nearest and dearest. Your wedding breakfast will be created by the talented 2AA Rosette team of chefs, using fresh, locally sourced produce where possible. Serving staff are professional and discreet and will ensure glasses are topped up and everything is running smoothly. All you need to do is sit back, relax and enjoy your first meal as a married couple.
Benefitting from stunning grounds, you and your guests are also welcome to explore The Essex Barn's picturesque surroundings. Where better to host summer drinks receptions or capture your wedding portraits than under the shade of the gazebo or on the sun-drenched lawn?
When it comes to preparing for your special day at Essex Barn, you will be given use of a bridal preparation room in the main building, usually reserved for the bride and her bridesmaids. The room takes the stress of travelling from one place to another on the wedding morning away and allows a tranquil and enjoyable preparation experience. The Bride is also treated to her own bathroom within the barn, where she can freshen up throughout the day.
Essex Barn also boasts 11 en-suite bedrooms, finished to Four AA Gold Star standard for you and your closest friends and family to retire to following the festivities.
