A charming, 200-year-old dairy farm, lovingly converted into a generous and inviting venue, it would make a wonderfully enchanting setting for your wedding! With picture perfect surroundings and a rustic, countryside ambiance spread throughout the building, nobody forgets a wedding spent at The Chester Fields in a hurry.

The Chester Fields is a wonderfully flexible venue that is ideally suited to either a larger celebration, or something a little more intimate. You can have exclusive use of the entire venue or alternatively, one of their mezzanine levels, with room for up to 24 or 40 guests for a sit down meal or up to 70 informally, it's the perfect space for your nearest and dearest to commemorate you tying the knot

When booking with The Chester Fields, the first thing you will notice is the pride they take in creating truly bespoke celebrations. After all, no two couples are the same, so why should two weddings!? Rather than offer restrictive packages, they work on a minimum spend basis, allowing you to tailor the venue and the day to your tastes, and create a day that is uniquely your own! Even better, the exclusive use rate includes what your guests would spend over the bar, so the more people you invite, the cheaper it works out for you!

When it comes to the menus at your wedding, The Chester Fields' pride and expertise in providing delicious food will ensure your day is packed full of flavour! You will meet with the Chef beforehand and design your menu together, that way they make sure that any must haves are served up using the best local produce!

The Costs!

The minimum spend is based on what you spend on food and drink. For example, arrival canapes, wedding breakfast, buffet, late night snacks. You can choose to be as lavish as you want with this or keep the costs low by relying on your drinking guests to make up the difference. You decide what part of your budget you spend where and each part of the day will be individually priced for you to have full control.

You also include your guests spends for the cash bar in your minimum spend. So, for example if you anticipate your wedding guests to spend X amount over the bar on the day, then this would be deducted from your minimum spend. The more people you invite, (especially in the evening) the better this works for you. They will work with you to anticipate spend on our initial sit down, so you have a clearer idea of the budget you're working towards. The only thing that isn't included is entertainment or the wedding cake - however they do have some great contacts and are more than happy to organise the entertainment
