The Location
Set within 300 acres of beautiful, rolling countryside on the Suffolk and Essex border - a picturesque location that inspired painter John Constable \u2013 SbN overlooks a private lake that forms the perfect backdrop to your special day.
Function Spaces
With three traditional banqueting suites, an intimate function room at the country lodges and a luxurious giant Tipi set within the grounds, SbN have the facilities to cater for every kind of celebration \u2013 from a big white wedding, to a festival style bash or a small intimate gathering.
All function rooms enjoy natural daylight and private terraces, whilst our luxury Tipi benefits from panoramic views of the surrounding countryside from a beautifully landscaped green.
The hotel holds a wedding license, though Tipi brides can make it official outdoors under a wooden pergola set within stunning countryside.
Accommodation
The 4-star hotel has 80 contemporary bedrooms, as well as 10 luxurious countryside lodges, so your guests don't need to worry about traveling. Tipi weddings also benefit from a luxurious bridal glamping suite and 9 additional glamping pods so you and your guests can enjoy a night under the stars.
