Located in Nottinghamshire, Rufford Abbey is a beautiful country park, during all seasons. The 12th century ruins, parkland, woods, formal gardens and lake offer tremendous photographic opportunities. Within the park lies Rufford Mill, which was once a corn mill for the Rufford Abbey estate.

The Talbot Suite

A beautiful canvas for any wedding or civil ceremony. Located on the first floor of Rufford Mill, the venue will accommodate up to 80 day guests seated banquet style and 150 guest seated theatre syle. The maximum capacity for the evening is 150 guests.

The Markham Suite

An additional function room on the ground floor of Rufford Mill offers you a secondary area where you and your guest can retreat to during the evening of your special day. The space will also allow you to accommodate an additional 100 guests. This room can be added on to your package!

The venue holds a civil ceremony licence meaning you can spend the whole of your special day in one, magnificent place, so you can relax and enjoy the day. We have tailored our wedding packages to cater for every budget and style, whilst still including everything needed to begin building each piece of your dream day. Choose from:

-Honour Package (\xa36,000) including everything you could imagine, available on Saturdays from April to September and on Bank Holidays. (discounted to \xa36,500 for Friday and Sunday) -Afternoon Tea Package (\xa33,750) is a treat, for weddings on a Saturday from April - September (discounted to \xa33,500 for Friday and Sunday) - Love Package (\xa33,500) Seven days a week from October - March. Our dedicated, award winning, wedding coordinators and hospitality team have a genuine interest in making your day the best it can possibly be, ensuring every detail is noted. We host weddings seven days a week but will ensure only one wedding a day, so that our attention and best interest, is solely on your special day. All food is freshly prepared within our kitchen by our talented chefs catering for all occasions whether it be a rustic, traditional carvery, afternoon tea or a spectacular five course meal.
