Wear Park, our grand Georgian manor house is at the heart of Exeter Golf and Country Club. With a long history and many original features, your wedding guests can enjoy views of the putting green and 18th green with water feature and fountain.We believe as far as wedding venues go, ours provides the perfect photographic backdrop for your wedding ceremony and reception. Wear Park is an impressive setting for your wedding ceremony and reception, featuring high embellished ceilings, stunning chandeliers and large shuttered windows, with glorious views, front and back.

Nestled at the edge of the city, this is a wedding venue which combines elegance and romance with convenience. Our Georgian manor house is the perfect place for your wedding ceremony and breakfast, with views across the putting greens and 18th hole of the golf course. We have a large, tastefully decorated function room for your wedding reception and a smaller, newly refurbished function room with outdoor terrace overlooking the outdoor pool and tennis courts. Both feature atmospheric lighting, AV equipment and bars.



There is a choice of wedding packages available, allowing you to plan a day that suits your needs.

Before the wedding, Exeter Golf and Country Club is a fabulous venue for hen parties with it's restaurant for afternoon tea and lunch or private dining rooms. Their award-winning Wear Park Spa offers a full range of ESPA facials and massages along with beauty treatments for nails, waxing and eyes, ideal for pamper days or bridal preparation.

Exeter Golf and Country Club has heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gym and fitness studio, tennis and squash courts and an 18 hole golf course. Use of the facilities is for members only, although the pools can be included on request for those enjoying a spa day retreat. Golf is available for visiting golfers by prior booking in advance.
