Crewe Lyceum Theatre
The perfect wedding venue for thespians or lovers of the art, your wedding is the show and the spotlight is on you at Crewe Lyceum Theatre. South Cheshire's hidden gem of a venue provides a unique, enchanting and dramatic backdrop for your celebrations.
The historic, grade II listed auditorium is wonderfully unique and overflowing with character. Dating back to 1911, the grand theatre has seen many British stars of the stage perform.
The romantic Lyceum auditorium is fully licensed to hold civil ceremonies, partnerships and vow renewals. You can walk up the aisle to the stage and exchange your vows in a truly grand fashion. The space is perfect for both lavish occasions and intimate events; the stalls can accommodate up to 660 people. The mood will be just right as our expert, in-house technical team can create the ideal atmosphere and backdrop to match your theme.
Coming off stage, the Lyceum Circle Suite can host up to 80 guests for your wedding breakfast and 140 for the evening reception. Alternatively, for larger celebrations, you can make full use of the theatre's space with up to 300 guests. The Circle Suite can be dressed and decorated to suit any wedding theme and boasts its own private bar and Bechstein Grand Piano for live entertainment.
