Carnglaze Caverns
Carnglaze Caverns is a popular tourist attraction in Cornwall that holds truly unique and extraordinary weddings. This former slate mine is affiliated with the Cornish Mining World Heritage Site and provides an alternative, romantic setting to celebrate.With four spaces for ceremonies, there are plenty of choices to suit your requirements. These spaces are suitable for different sizes of weddings with the smallest having a 27 person capacity and the largest holding up to 400 guests!
The Rum Store has one of the longest aisles in Cornwall, so you can prolong that magical moment down the aisle! The Underground Lake is lit with candles for an atmospheric ceremony and The Enchanted Dell is a magical fairy-tale like woodland setting. The Vine Conservatory has views of a wonderful terraced garden and the stunning Loveny Valley.
The team are happy to assist with incorporating your wedding style or theme into the ceremony and reception. So whether you are planning a traditional wedding or perhaps a quirky theme such as medieval, they can tailor the experience for you.
After the celebrations are over, there are plenty of B & Bs and cottages close by to Carnglaze Caverns for your guests to spend the night.
