Burloes Hall is a beautiful Queen Anne country house with stunning views of the rolling chalk hills of North Hertfordshire. The generous lawns, bordered by handsome beech trees and mature yew hedges enclose secret Edwardian gardens makes Burloes Hall an ideal venue for weddings.

Located on the borders of North Herfordshire and Cambridgeshire, Burloes Hall is within easy reach of London, the M11 and the A1 and is well served by railway stations from central London.

Burloes Hall offers lovely gardens for a bespoke wedding reception with a wonderful choice of village churches in the surrounding villages of Barkway, Barley, Melbourn and Chishill. Although we do not have a civil license you could still hold your wedding ceremony in the gardens using a celebrant.

Burloes Hall offers two locations for wedding receptions: the gardens of Burloes Hall which can accommodate up to 200 guests or the picturesque pasture near the house, which can accommodate up to 300 guests. Both create a truly rural experience.
