I stayed here 2 nights at the start of the trip to Bali. I came here after a 19 hr flight and what a great choice I made.

I was instantly at peace with how beautiful the resort was and how friendly I was welcomed.

The rooms are stunning and the beds are so comfortable. I'm not one to stay in a resort all day but with this kind of luxury it was hard to leave.

The butler service was also very efficient and helped us out during our trip.

ood is high quality, the waitresses even encouraged me to order more food!

I will not forget this resort and when I'm back in Bali I will definitely stay here again.

Visited Jumeirah for the first time in summer 2023 and loved it so much that we returned in summer 2024! It offers the best sunsets on the entire island. Enjoy surfing, exquisite food, and a top-notch restaurant perched on the mountain. The architecture and ambiance are outstandingtruly beautiful and graceful. The white bougainvillea plants add a romantic touch. The rooms are super luxurious, ensuring the best sleep ever. Morning yoga sessions are fantastic as well. This place has quickly become one of my favorite hotels in Bali. Love it!

The hotel is a bit far from town (45mins drive from airport). The villa is the best villa Ive ever stayed and the service from staff was amazing. Villa paid a lot of attention to detail such as the choices of amenities provided. Villas was very clean and comfortable. The kids club and the staff at kids club were lovely. The staff at kids club will play with our daughter so the parents can relax. My daughter loved feeding the hungry fishes at the lobby and restaurant area. The staff were sweet to keep providing the fish food to my daughter. Breakfast quality was also amazing. However, the menu for lunch and dinner at the main hotel restaurant called Segeran did not have enough variety and did not have a lot of choices for indo food. Adding more indo food options will make the menu more interesting. Spa at hotel is overly priced ($200+/ 90 mins) so I had to take a taxi outside for massage ($27/90 mins).

We provide the best service in a truly high-end pool villa. There really wasn't anything bad, and thanks to the friendly Butler service, I didn't experience any inconvenience during my stay. The facilities are so good that even if you take a picture anywhere, that spot becomes a photo spot. If I have the chance, I definitely want to come again.

It was an unforgettable honeymoon. We received the best service. In particular, it was amazing that the room was always tidy and filled with amenities whenever we left and came back. The staff, including Novi, were all friendly and gentle. They congratulated us on our honeymoon with handwritten letters, roses, and cakes. We will definitely come back again!

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and great service. If you are staying in the Uluwatu area dont hesitate to book at this hotel. I think this area is even better than the Jimbaran area. The beach near the hotel is beautiful, the pool is beautiful and there is an amazing rooftop restaurant. The room was always perfectly clean and the turn down service was always done. The staff was also super kind and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would definitely stay here again if I come back!

Amazing stay with Jumeirah Bali.

The attention to detail, the kindness and exceptional service from the staff did not go unnoticed and was truly appreciated.

The villas are divine, and the privacy afforded by the villa was very much needed.

The food, courtesy of the exceptionally talented Head Chef, Joan Achour and her team, under the wonderful guidance of the delightful Food and Beverage Manageress was exquisite.

The hotel albeit young against some other Jumeirah hotels, stands alone and proud as it sits majestically on the headland overlooking Dreamland Beach.

One of the most wonderful evenings we had was watching the sunset as we experienced a private culinary delight, like no other from the very talented Joan Achour in the clifftop gazebo.

There are too many staff to mention by name, but grateful thanks to all the teams who contribute so much towards making Jumeirah Bali one of the worlds best destinations to visit.

It doesn't get any better than this: the Jumeirah Bali is simply a perfect hotel.
The villas are huge and nothing is missing. The secluded terrace with a really large pool is wonderful. The whole area is fantastic and very well maintained. The gastronomy is very good, from the excellent breakfast to the two restaurants. But the special thing about this hotel is the staff. The warmth and professionalism of all the staff is second to none. This is certainly due to the excellent management of the hotel, from the general manager to the hotel manager, food and beverage manager and chef. Simply an all-round perfect experience.

It's really good. It is a comfortable and peaceful rest in itself.
We recommend 3 to 4 nights. If it lasts more than 4 nights, it will be boring.

The quality of each breakfast is good. Of course, you will get tired of it if you eat it multiple times, but I think it is difficult to find a breakfast of this quality anywhere.

The hotel is new, spotless, and beautifully designed, with every detail carefully thought through. The suites are incredibly spacious (starting from 210 sqm), each with its own private pool and terrace.

Akasa restaurant has the best view in Uluwatu, making every meal a special experience.

The staff is absolutely wonderfulwarm, professional, and genuinely attentive, making sure you feel completely at home. And more than anything, this place has that special Bali vibethe peace, the serenity, the sense of pure relaxation.

The room is impressive, they have all the necessary space and more, their decoration, architecture, cleanliness and order are excellent. The pool area is wonderful, it is spacious and with a beautiful view.

Every corner of this hotel is magical, full of nature, exquisite architecture, it seems like you are in a fairy tale.

I love to exercise so the gym is important to me, and they have just what is necessary, I loved it, and their spa is on another level, it is impressive.

I spent four dream nights at Jumeirah Ulwatu Bali with my husband and two children in an experience that left us with unforgettable memories. The location of the resort is spectacular, with fabulous gardens spread out in a fairytale natural setting, and the villas, spacious and impeccably maintained, are equipped with everything necessary to make us feel at home.

I stayed for 2 nights with the honeymoon package and it was great.
I was able to learn yoga classes for free, and they responded quickly by contacting me through KakaoTalk. There is also kimchi, so you can eat kimchi when you feel like Korean food.
The accommodation is clean and has a private pool, a public pool, and a private beach.

During my recent stay at Jumeirah Bali, I was captivated by the resort's seamless blend of luxury and cultural heritage. The architecture, inspired by the Majapahit Empire, transported me to a bygone era of elegance and grandeur.

My villa was a sanctuary of comfort, featuring a private pool that offered a serene escape. The spacious living area, adorned with tasteful furnishings, led to a bedroom where a plush king-sized bed awaited. The open-concept bathroom, complete with a freestanding bathtub and an outdoor shower, added a touch of indulgence to my stay. However, I did notice that accessing the bathroom from the pool required passing through the bedroom, which occasionally introduced a bit of humidity indoors.

The resort's private beach was a haven of tranquility. With its pristine sands and gentle waves, it provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation. I appreciated the availability of surfboard rentals and the absence of pushy vendors, allowing for uninterrupted enjoyment of the seaside.

The staff's attentiveness and warmth truly elevated my experience. From the personalized service of my butler to the friendly greetings throughout the resort, I felt genuinely welcomed.

We stayed here for a week and it was one of the best stays ive had in a while!

The villas are super beautiful, spacious and well designed. A lot of attention to detail and pure splendour.
The hotel itself is stunning, and access to dreamland beach is ideal with a secluded area for guests.
The only small catch for us was that apart from the Indonesian food, the other food at their two restaurants was sort of underwhelming, especially given how bali is a such a hub for excellent food.

But the other points overshadowed this completely and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Its a really nice hotel. The villa we stayed at was very spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds were very beautiful too. The hotel was very quiet and relaxing. The only thing I wish was a bit better was the buffet breakfast. The food at breakfast (buffet) was a bit disappointing; the a la carte options seemed better based on the one item I ordered. Other than that everything was great.

The spa is very well looked after, a true haven of peace even for those traveling with children. We greatly appreciated the attention given even to the little ones: there are treatments designed specifically for them, with sweet and qualified staff, in a safe, relaxing and playful environment. A wellness experience for the whole family, not just for adults.

It is clear that behind such an attentive, professional and close-knit team, there is a very high level management, capable of transmitting authentic values and a clear vision of excellence.

I've been to many luxury hotels in the world and Jumeirah Bali is the most beautiful, most luxurious hotel I've ever been to.

The architecture and landscaping is absolutely stunning. You feel like you're in true paradise. Excellent quality, beautiful design, the water features everywhere are lovely. The resort grounds are sprawling, there's so much space and nature. Amazing pools.

Food was SO delicious and the breakfast buffet is 10/10. The spa was so gorgeous, the treatments were top tier!

More importantly, the staff is beyond incredible. I have never before seen this level of attention to detail and care. We felt so cared for for our entire stay (12 days), right down to the concierge delivering cucumber balm for me after the pool guys noted that I got sunburnt. I have never encountered kinder, more helpful staff than here. The energy and vibe is impeccable.

The perfect place for families, honeymooners, and anyone who needs some peace. We will definitely be back!

Celebrating our 50th anniversary, we recently visited Jumeirah Bali Resort for 12 days.

To say we found our visit to the resort an extraordinary experience would be an understatement. In our extensive global travel, no other destination has approached the wonderful experience of our amazing visit to this garden-like enclave by the Indian Ocean.

The resort comprises 123 villas of 2200 sq ft each with a private pool, one and a half baths, indoor and outdoor showers, and large artistic private garden terraces surrounding each villa pool, creating an ambiance that makes each guest feel like visiting royalty or special guests in a luxurious private home.

Each villa's creative and artistic architecture enhances the ambiance of each guests accommodations and makes this resort a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Jumeirah Bali has two gourmet yet informal restaurants one seaside and the other high on a cliff overlooking the resort and the sea. Sunsets at both were heaven
like.

The unique physical qualities of the resort were only exceeded by the ever-welcoming staff, who made all guests feel like they were family. Ever smiling, gracious, and completely service-oriented, the staff provides outstanding, kind, and courteous attention 24 hours a day. No request was not immediately addressed, and every request was instantly addressed via an innovative E-Butler app on our phone the usual phone call for service, as in most hotels, was never necessary.

The resort has a staff of over 300, providing a 3-to-1 ratio for each villa. Even more special, the warmth, courtesy, and solicitous attitude of each staff member at all resort facilities made our extended visit a genuinely exceptional experience. The natural Balinese warmth of each staff member and disciplined hospitality training created an unmatched guest experience.

The concierge Erta was a daily source of information and personal planning for us, who arranged spa visits, local tours with private cars and guides, and transport to and from the airport. French gourmet chef Joan at Akasa creates culinary journeys for guests every night at cliffside Akasa, overlooking the ocean.

The management of the resort is executed at a personal level, 24 hours a day, by Vincent Moreau is always present throughout the resort from morning to night. Ever solicitous, gracious, and welcoming, he sets a remarkable hospitality standard for his staff, and each staff member meticulously follows his example. We have never experienced a higher level of service at any hotel or resort in our visits to 72 countries during our more than 50 years of regular global travel.

A visit to Jumeirah Bali is like imagining a brief trip to heaven. The resort, a creative, innovative, and artistic facility immersed in a garden setting by the ocean, made our Bali visit memorable and a luxurious alternative to the bustling and crowded atmosphere we saw at many facilities throughout the island. No request was too complex and was not addressed immediately. When we felt unwell, a feel better meal was instantly delivered to our villa even without a request. Each staff member inquired the following day as to our recovery.

We recommend a visit to this resort without any reservations. It will be an experience every visitor fondly remembers for a lifetime. Indeed, we will not forget this very special experience in our travels.

Incredibly beautiful, spacious villas modern, luxurious, and designed with real attention to detail. We had no sea view booked, but the Premier Garden Villa truly blew us away. The layout is incredibly smart you get total privacy, a lush and extensive garden view, what feels like your own private pond, and a pretty large private pool. I have stayed in quite a few hotel villas over the years across all categories, and this one impressed me the most.

The whole resort is stunning, with amazing landscaping, lots of ponds, and great lighting at night. It feels calm and spacious throughout. Also, no issues with insects at all not even mosquitos at dawn, which is impressive. Not sure how they do it, but whatever they are doing works.

Service was very friendly and attentive across the board, and quick to respond via WhatsApp whenever we needed something. The pool area is beautiful, with comfy sunbeds, great views, and direct access to Dreamland beach. The beach is public, but there are a few cabanas and loungers reserved for hotel guests. During our stay, the water was super clear with strong but enjoyable waves great for swimming if you like waves, though maybe not for small kids.

The hotel was surprisingly quiet while we were there no problem getting a spot at the pool, or reservations for spa or dinner. Other guests were mostly couples and families with older kids, which made for a very relaxed vibe overall.

Great value for money, and F&B prices are quite moderate compared to other resorts of this level. I am usually quite critical, but honestly there is nothing really to complain about. If I had to name something, maybe spa treatments felt a bit pricey compared to the rest but that is about it.

I really like this hotel. The service stands out the staff are incredibly attentive and genuinely sweet. They make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. One thing I appreciated was how flexible they are with bookings of spa and other services it made things so much easier and more relaxed. Overall, its a beautiful place with great vibes. From the moment we arrived at Jumeirah Bali, we knew we were in for a special family holiday. The resort is stunning peaceful, full of nature, and feels like a hidden paradise. Our villa was spacious and beautifully designed, with a mix of modern comfort and Balinese charm. The bathroom was large and luxurious, with a bathtub that felt like a spa. We especially loved the private pool in our villa perfect for relaxing while enjoying the lush garden view.

Every corner of the hotel is clean, calm, and thoughtfully decorated. We had a lovely time at the beach just behind the resort quiet, clean, and great for peaceful walks or playing with the kids. The main pool area also offered amazing views.

The gym had all the essentials, and the spa was truly top-class. Service was warm, quick, and professional throughout our stay. We cant wait to come back!

I could just stay here and play. It's clean, there's an ocean, a pool, the food is pretty good, and the rooms are clean, so it's really nice.

Words cant describe how beautiful this resort is. We stayed in the ocean view villa and loved everything about it every detail was thought out. The staff and service were among the best Ive ever experienced, showcasing true Balinese hospitality and kindness. This will be the only resort I stay at in Uluwatu. Its location is convenient, clean, and beautiful. Theres private beach access, a suburb gym, and spa facilities and services. They provide 24 hour buggy services to take you anywhere in the resort and organise anything you need. Unlimited Complimentary bottled water, small baked treats everyday delivered to your room and surprised me with a bouquet of red roses at there Akasa restaurant to celebrate my birthday. Their breakfast buffet has a wide variety of different foods, and a phenomenal view.

We spent 9 Days at this fantastic resort. Every Single member of staff is an asset to Jumeirah. They genuinely wanted to make your stay a good one. All the staff were fantastic so its hard to single out particulars.
Our Villa was fantastic and we never left it apart from going for food or tours.
The resort pool looks amazing and plenty of staff available around the pool.
The prices for food and drink are very reasonable. We think its one of the best resorts we have stayed at.
It takes forever to get anywhere from the resort due to traffic but there is little reason to leave the resort.

By far the best resort/ hotel we have ever been in. We came for our honeymoon and we loved every second of our stay. It was comfortable and relaxing with breathtaking views. The complimentary breakfast was a huge hit, so many options and all were delicious. Its quiet, not crowded with guests and kids, and they have buggies to take you around the resort. The food is halal too which is a nice bonus. Definitely recommend staying here if youre looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

I like it, except that the food is expensive. Actually, I don't think it suits the taste of Koreans. The accommodation is nice.

We stayed 3 nights at one bedroom villa with garden view. The villa was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. It was very private and quite, we didnt even hear any sound from our neighboring villas. All the staffs, the butler and the waitress have excellent services, from the receptions, restaurants, to the pool. It was a personalized service, we felt like being pampered at home. Overall it was a very relaxing and satisfying stay.

We stayed one week in the Jumeirah Bali. Quite new property, beautiful villas and great staff with the typical balinese friendliness and warmth! The Jumeirah Bali team is awesome and definitely a great match to the super team at Jumeirah Mallorca. Great restaurants with fantastic sun set vistas and watching the surfers. The beach is public and it felt a bit strange to be in such a lovely hotel but being surrounded by ruins of hotels developments that just never finished and are left to rot. This of course is not the fault of Jumeirah. E-butler service worked very well. There was a kids club, but the pool area was often rather crowded with younger children, so in case you want to have your quiet at the Pool, you may have to do so in your private villa pool.

To put it mildly, it was amazing. The food, the room, the service, the view, everything was top quality.

The service was excellent, and the rooms were beautiful. The gardens were delightful. The beach is a surfing beach, with strong waves. Seaside rooms were disturbed by the noise at night, making it impossible to sleep. The room was nearly perfect. The pool was also very clean and pleasant. I have no comment on the restaurant, but I give it a five-star rating.

Our two nights at Jumeirah Bali were truly one of the most unforgettable experiences of our lives. Every staff member we met was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. The facilities were immaculate, and the room exceeded our expectations especially considering the price compared to Ayana. One of the highlights of our stay was dinner at Akasa Restaurant, where the delicious food, beautiful ambiance, and breathtaking sunset came together to create a magical evening we will never forget.

A few minor points:
The Kids Club offers many chargeable activities. It would be nice to have a few more free ones especially if you have two or three children, as you start to notice such things . Its not always easy to say no to the little ones.
Our check-in took a bit longer than expected around 45 minutes. After a three-hour drive from Ubud, it felt a bit tiring. However, the staff responded promptly and handled my concerns in the most professional way.
-not a big selection of gluten free dishes, and no separate gluten free corner

These small points fade away in comparison to the wonderful vacation we had. I highly recommend visiting this hotel at least once in your life to experience true luxury!

The Jumeirah Bali is truly an exceptional place. From the beautiful pool and pristine beach to the stunning rooms, everything is simply outstanding. The service is of the highest standard, making the entire stay an unforgettable experience.

***2025 Update*** stayed for the 4th time a few weeks ago, this time bringing family members for a 40th birthday. Two words - pure luxury
Having stayed at many others (Mandapa RC Reserve, Raffle, Umana LXR etc), we always come back home. Another fabulous stay at Jumeirah, located on the best beach and coastline in Bali. Villas are well appointed with luxury furnishings, and have been maintained meticulously so still appear brand-new. Service is excellent and has improved to levels of Mandapa (IYKYK) with the butlers / staff extremely responsive via WhatsApp and nothing is too much trouble. We were thrilled to see GM Ms Ram Hiralal remains at the helm and this clearly shows with the superb hospitality on offer. Highly recommend for all types of travel, our kids always enjoy the kids club and there are plenty of opportunities for adults-only relaxation (Talis spa is excellent). An absolute must-stay in Bali. Tip - if travelling with family, consider an interconnecting villa.

Previous review - Stayed recently for a family holiday to celebrate a special occasion. The villas are tastefully furnished, luxurious and the grounds are beautiful. The kids club is very well run and Tami is an absolute delight, a natural with children. Kids over 4 can be left with the staff to play, under 4 will require you to arrange a nanny (they can organise this in-house if you don't have a private one). We had the pleasure of meeting GM Ram Hiralal on a number of occasions and she is personable and extremely hospitable. Staff are excellent, breakfast is of very good quality. The spa is a must - book in advance and many of the activities are very well run. Highly recommend if looking to be in Uluwatu!

My family had a most wonderful time at Jumeirah Bali. It was an ideal blend of romantic tranquility within the lush nature, relaxation at the spa, and adventure via the beach, pool and kids club. The staff were all highly attentive and friendly, which made it all the more memorable.

The highlight for me was the cliff and sunset views - they were stunning and not to be missed.

My daughter loved the kids club so much that she cried for hours upon departure and all the way back home. She said the staff looked after her so well and cared for her every need.

It is certainly a place I would highly recommend for a short escapade for young families.

We were extremely satisfied! The suite with its own pool was beautiful, modern, and always spotlessly clean; it was cleaned twice a day. The beds were very comfortable, and there were small snacks delivered to our room every day. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast with its wide selection. The service was perfect, and the sea right next to the hotel is crystal-clear and turquoise, simply stunning. We didn't want to leave!

We stayed here for the second time. The team at Jumeirah Bali is fantastic, from the security who greeted us late at night to the hosts and breakfast crew who start your day right.

The villa is very comfortable and beautiful, with excellent beds, great pillows, and everything well thought out. The grounds are exceptionally beautiful perfectly maintained, with impressive architecture and attention to detail.

Both the private and public pools are excellent, and the new seating area on the beach is a great addition, offering comfort right by the ocean.

We had an amazing week in Jumeirah Bali. The entire experience was brilliant. We had a problem at check-in as our travel agent had booked the wrong villa. Luckily for us, the villa that we wanted was still available and the check in team sorted us very quickly. They got the new villa ready by the time we could have a meal - very thankful after a very long flight from London to Bali.

Our butler Novi was outstandinga very highly personalised service with the finest attention to detail - for eg if we had a spa session or dinner she would be waiting outside the villa with a buggy a few minutes before our appointment. We have stayed in a few Jumeirahs before but can easily say this was the best.

While the size of the resort is somewhat smaller than the one in Dubai, it is really well maintained and curated, with outstanding size villas and facilities and overall service levels. Live music at breakfast. Highly recommended.

Im not usually one to write reviews, but Jumeirah Bali has compelled me to put my experience into words. Ive stayed in every Jumeirah resort in the United Arab Emirates and many of the most luxurious hotels around the world yet this property has managed to surpass them all.

Nothing can truly prepare you for what Jumeirah Bali feels like in person. Photos dont do it justice, and words only come close. If heaven were on earth, it would be found here on this cliffside, surrounded by lush greenery and the endless Indian Ocean.

From the moment we arrived, the service was beyond anything Ive ever experienced. The staff didnt just recognise us they anticipated our needs with an attention to detail that felt almost magical. We would leave our room and the buggy driver would already be waiting, as if he knew exactly when we were ready. We would go for lunch without mentioning our room number; the team already knew who we were and had our table prepared before we even stepped through the door. Every encounter was warm, genuine, and incredibly personalised.

It felt as though the entire stay was tailored uniquely to us. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and everything was delivered with sincerity and grace. The level of hospitality in this resort is not just exceptional it is unforgettable.

The beauty of the property, the tranquility of the surroundings, and the care from every staff member made this stay one of the most extraordinary experiences Ive ever had.

Without hesitation, I would return again. Jumeirah Bali isnt just a resort its a destination that stays with you long after you leave.

When choosing Bali, I relied entirely on the Jumeirah brand. That decision defined the entire experience and was fully justified.

The resort feels like a separate, well curated world. The architecture is exceptional. Everything is beautifully designed, perfectly maintained and visually striking. Every meter feels intentional, almost like a frame from a luxury magazine, yet never overwhelming or artificial. You immediately feel calm, protected and far removed from everyday life.

The villas are spacious, private and very well equipped. Each villa has its own pool, a seamless indoor outdoor layout and a freestanding bathtub that feels like a natural part of the living space rather than a decorative feature. Comfort and privacy are truly at a high level.

Food exceeded expectations, especially when traveling with a child. Breakfast is extremely well organized, with clearly defined sections including Middle Eastern, Asian, sweet breakfast and a separate kids menu. There is both a buffet and the option to order additional dishes from the menu. Everything is served quickly and the food is consistently fresh. Our son ate perfectly well, which immediately reduced my stress and made the stay much more relaxed.

Housekeeping deserves special mention. Cleaning is done twice a day and is almost invisible. Floors are washed regularly, all essentials are constantly replenished and nothing ever needs to be requested. Every small detail is taken care of before you even think about it.

The kids club is excellent. Our child went there with great enthusiasm and genuine joy. A special thank you to the girls working there for their warmth, attention and care.

The resort offers everything needed for a comfortable stay without leaving the property, including two restaurants, a spa and a fitness center.

The only minor downside is that Wi Fi can be inconsistent while walking around the territory. This did not affect the overall experience.

Jumeirah Bali delivers exactly what you expect from the brand: refined architecture, exceptional comfort, thoughtful service and a strong sense of privacy. It is a place you trust and a place you would happily return to.

My recent 14-night stay at the Jumeirah luxury resort in Bali was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into an atmosphere of elegance, relaxation, and genuine hospitality that set the tone for an unforgettable vacation.
The staff at Jumeirah truly exceeded my expectations. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction was evident throughout my entire stay. Every interactionwhether at the front desk (lobby), the restaurants, or around the resort (with the buggy rides) was warm, professional, and sincere.
I especially want to highlight Ari, a member of the butler team that was phenomenal. Ari consistently went above and beyond to attend to all my needs, ensuring every aspect of my experience was comfortable and memorable.
Each morning, the staff greeted me warmly and recalled my favorite breakfast choices. At Akasa restaurant on New Year's Eve, both the food and wine pairings were excellent, a perfect way to start the year with great company.
In addition to the outstanding hospitality, the spa services at Jumeirah Bali were phenomenal. Each treatment was expertly delivered by skilled therapists, creating a tranquil and rejuvenating experience that perfectly complemented my stay. I recommend the Jumeriah Royal Hammam, which I tried on my last day before heading to the airport. I'm very pleased with my decision.
One of the standout features of Jumeirah Bali is how the leadership team engages with guests. The Director of Food and Beverage (Joshua) and the hotels General Manager (Ram) personally greeted and met with every guest during breakfast, creating a welcoming environment and a true sense of community. Their genuine interest in guest experiences made me feel valued, respected and appreciated. Its clear to me now why the staff is exceptional, the positive atmosphere starts with leadership.
I highly recommend Jumeirah Bali to anyone seeking a luxury resort experience with outstanding service and personal touches. The place is brilliant. Our only regret is we were there for only 5 days. We have stayed at many 5 start resorts and hotels over the years and this place blows them out of the water. We stayed at Jumeirah Bali from February 5,2026 through February10,2026. Our only regret is we couldnt stay longer. The staff, the accommodations, the grounds, the restaurants, the beach were all great. The staff are all friendly and readily available to assist. The accommodations are luxurious and spacious.

Over the top luxury villas. Very protected area so youre not really in the streets with all the people. If you want to be closer to the Bali vibes youre going to need a scooter which is what we did. Super nice place. It seems like theyre trying to be Mandapa and they are not far off. Stay here you will love it. If youre the type that doesnt want to leave the hotel or you have little kids even better. It was everything you need and its truly gorgeous

Before coming to Jumeirah, we were a bit worried after reading some negative reviews, but our experience turned out to be completely the opposite. The staff were incredibly helpfulwe stayed for four nights and didnt encounter a single person who wasnt kind and attentive.
The service was also quite fast. Our room was clean, everything was in good working condition, and we absolutely loved the design of the Sunset Villa. The view was stunning.
We traveled with our children, who were running around and making a bit of a mess, but the staff and security were so warm and friendly, even helping to keep them entertained.
The beach was beautiful as well. We didnt swim much since the waves were a bit strong for me, but plenty of people were enjoying the water.
We would definitely come back again.

Jumeirah Bali has been one of our most memorable stars so far. Right from the location to the rooms and service were all fantastic. Staff were extremely attentive amd very helpful.

We had the pleasure of working with Rifqi as our photographer at the hotel, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He conducted himself professionally throughout, made us feel comfortable, and captured the moments beautifully.

The photos came out stunning, and the video he created was equally impressive a truly special keepsake. His attention to detail and calm, confident approach really stood out.

Overall, we are very happy with the service and would highly recommend Rifqi to anyone looking for high-quality photography and a seamless experience.

The place on Earth most akin to heaven.

The main pool, the scenery inside the resort, Akasa Restaurant, and Segaran Restaurant were all absolutely perfect.

I heard a lot of people say that this place is hit or miss among Koreans, but for me, it was such a happy place that I want to come back here before I die.

Although the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, the taste and quality of each dish were excellent and sufficient.

As for the staff service, I have stayed at many hotels, but I would say it is the best among them.

I would love to visit this place every year.

Do yourself a favour and book in Jumeirah Uluwatu. One of the best hotels in Bali - its new, the villas are excellent as are the broader facilities incl pools, gym, spa, restaurants and direct access to private beach. Add in the people and service and its a 10/10 for us. To bring us back again (so many options in Bali), Id love to see the kids club add daily activities designed for the more active and older children say above 8-10yo.

We stayed at Jumeirah Bali for a family trip with our two children, and it truly exceeded our expectations.

First off, the villa was spacious and beautiful, and I loved that the resort itself offered a clear view of the ocean. It was quiet and private, making it perfect for relaxing with the kids. However, the best part of this trip was actually the service.

You can make requests via KakaoTalk here, which was incredibly convenient. From calling a buggy or ordering room service to making small requests, they responded incredibly quickly and kindly every time we asked. In particular, my wife suddenly fell very ill during the trip, and I was truly grateful that the staff immediately called a doctor to our villa and kept checking on her well-being. It was a stressful situation, but their attentive care is what I remember most.

The kids absolutely loved the Kids Club, the food at Segaran Restaurant was delicious, and we really relaxed at Talise Spa. Every single staff member we met was kind and professional.

We stayed there as we wanted to try a brand new hotel in Uluwatu. To our surprise, everything was beyond our expectations! We booked the 2 bedroom garden suite and had Novi as our butler. She made our stay the amazing experience that it was! She went above and beyond the duties of a butler and was always ready to help! We also had the pleasure of having Yoga help us setup our Apple TV in the rooms and at night Martin made sure our villa was free of insects and frogs! All in all, we had an amazing experience and look forward to our next stay at Jumeirah! Kudos to Novi & the team!

We stayed at Jumeirah for 6 amazing nights. The gardens are a highlight, the Villa so thoughtfully designed and the food/restaurants equally fantastic. Our trip was really made by Ian our incredible butler who was attentive and always timely with a lift to the lobby or a delivery of late night treats! Huge thank you for making our stay so special.

Honestly is the best hotel I ever stayed! Its such a nice people and excellent service that dosent feel like too much, you dont feel bothering but you feel very care by stuff. Its feels private not so many people. After Jumeirah move to Kempinski and its feel so crowded with people and less care by stuff. Nothing can compare to Jumeirah honestly. Also Jumeirah feels new compare to other hotels.
The breakfast is really good, can find option for all.
And Jumeirah have access to my favourite beach Dreamland with the best sunset view. We will definitely come back and come back again only to Jumeirah
The room and view is excellent

I celebrated my birthday during my stay and made a reservation at AKASA Restaurant, where I had pre-arranged a dream table and a customized birthday cake. Im truly grateful to the chef and the entire restaurant team for fulfilling all my requests so perfectly. They even prepared a handwritten card signed by everyoneit was such a small but incredibly touching gesture.

Dining at Segaran Dining Terrace was just as lovely. I followed their recommendation and booked a private rock dinner one night. The setup was beautifully romantic, and they surprised me with another birthday celebrationcomplete with a cake and a birthday song. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made the evening even more special.

The biggest surprise came when I returned to my room that night. Two members of the housekeeping team were waiting with a guitar, an instant camera, and a birthday cake, singing Happy Birthday and even giving me a hand-drawn card. It was unexpected and so heartwarmingIll never forget that moment.

These five days at Jumeirah Bali were filled with thoughtful details and genuine kindness from everyone I met. It didnt feel like just great serviceit felt personal. I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a special and unforgettable stay.
