Venue Hire Rates & Inclusions:

Our venue hire rates currently range from £2,900 - £7,800 (incl. VAT) depending on the day of the week and the month with the highest rates applying to Saturdays in July/August 2026.

These rates cover the following:

Exclusive use of the Barns (Threshing Barn, Grain Store, Sheep Shed, Cart Lodge) for your wedding day from 10am to 12midnight
Exclusive use of the venue grounds of top lawn and courtyard
Use of our Secret garden, fields and woodland for your couple photographs
Our professional and experienced dedicated wedding team to help you from initial enquiry through to the morning after
Our venue staff to help coordinate your wedding day behind the scenes so you can thoroughly enjoy your day!
Ceremony set up (we don't charge you extra if you would like to have your ceremony onsite)
Use of Hay Barn honeymoon suite on your wedding day including night of the Wedding to the following morning, with complimentary continental breakfast
Furniture: chairs and tables (trestle or round tables) for your guests and outdoor patio furniture with patio heater
Fully staffed and stocked bar which accepts cash, card, contactless and apple payment (no set up fees) with the ability to have a couple of special requests behind the bar as well
Fairy lights in the Grain Store and Sheep Shed/bar area & Wooden easels for your Wedding signs
Use of our Bluetooth speaker system for your music during the day
Underfloor heating, gazebos and umbrellas for when the weather doesn't quite go our way!
Removal of your decorations to handy storage area for you to collect the next morning
VAT is included in our rates

Please note you will need to make a separate payment to the registrars/celebrant for performing the ceremony or to your church of choice.

Other Important Information:

You can get ready onsite as the Hay Barn suite is available from 11am on the morning of your wedding until 10am the following day.
The venue (excluding the Hay Barn suite) is available from 10am on the day itself to 9am the following morning.
We collect your decorations together at the end of the night so you don't need to think about cleaning up!
Our licenses need the music to finish and the bar to close at 12 midnight and then we just ask your guests are off site by 1am at the very latest.

Catering:

Flexibility over day catering with five caterers currently - Ross & Ross Food, Epic, The Cotswold Caterer, Orchard Catering & Birch Catering.
They can provide evening food as well as your wedding breakfast (your main meal), though you are welcome to bring a different caterer for your evening food if you use one of our preferred for the main meal.
If you'd like to use an external caterer for your wedding breakfast this is possible, though there is an additional charge for a different caterer of £900 (incl.VAT).

Please note - no food is to be brought in apart from by a professional caterer (excluding the wedding cake)

Drinks:

Our no corkage policy - we don't charge corkage on champagne / prosecco / beers / wines / Pimms / Gin & Tonics / soft drinks that you supply for reception drinks, wedding breakfast and toast.

We ask that our bar is the sole provider of drinks following the wedding breakfast and it is also available throughout the day (if any guests would like something different to what you've provided). The bar takes cash, card, contactless and apple pay.

Accommodation:

Hay Barn Honeymoon suite for you both included in our venue hire rate.

This is the perfect place for the bridal party to get ready and a lovely place to rest at the end of the day (as well as somewhere to grab five minutes for a moment!).

We also have onsite accommodation for your guests - three glamping pods all year round with glamping bell tents for April - September weddings.

There are also a large number of local hotels, B&B’s, Glamping and self-catering all very close by.

Cheltenham is only a few minutes away with lots of accommodation options.

The Barn car park has plenty of car parking spaces in our private car park as well as space for coaches, buses or minibuses.
