Its excellent range of wedding packages, sensational dining and private, home-from-home feel make our property a popular place to get married. Bordering Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex, you will find us in between the attractive market towns of Petersfield and Midhurst. It feels blissfully secluded, yet is surprisingly, very accessible. Especially for wedding guests travelling from Southampton, Guildford or London.

The venue is fully licensed for civil ceremonies and can cater for weddings of all sizes, from small, intimate weddings to larger weddings of up to 150 guests. The Banqueting Suite is an excellent choice for larger wedding breakfasts and is furnished with white silk drapes, wooden flooring and ceiling fairy lights. It can also be decorated to suit your individual tastes.

We have a variety of places to hold an indoor wedding ceremony here. However, if you are hoping for an outdoor wedding, our romantic gazebo is perfect for this. Alternatively, church weddings can be held in the Grade I listed St George's Church in nearby Trotten. We can then host your special wedding reception on your return from the church.

There are 14 luxurious ensuite bedrooms available for wedding guests at Southdowns Manor. We also have a stunning honeymoon suite and collection of elegant reception rooms for you to choose from.





Sussex Room \u2013 This informal area is licenced for ceremonies and can accommodate up to 40 guests. It boasts full bar facilities and is the ideal location for serving canapes and reception drinks.





Conservatory \u2013 Our light and airy conservatory can be used for a variety of purposes. It is perfect for small and romantic weddings and is licenced for ceremonies of up to 40 guests.





Banqueting Suite \u2013 The Banqueting Suite can comfortably accommodate 120 people for dining. It is licenced for larger ceremonies of up to 150 guests and its starlight ceiling provides an elegant setting throughout your wedding day.
